Digital records system gives Priory staff more time to care

The system called Nourish means staff will be released from administrative tasks as the system has enabled the digitisation of the provider’s adult care resident support plans and risk assessments. It has also significantly reduced the use of paper forms it says saves an estimated 84,554 hours a year in staff time.

As a result, Priory has been nominated at the 2023/4 Health Tech Awards for its use of the system.

After an 18-month rollout, the digital system has been implemented at 190 resident sites nationwide and is used in the care provided to more than 2,300 residents.

Our adult care service is home to some of the most vulnerable people in the UK, including autistic people and those with a complex learning disability; it means the world to us to see them living their lives to the full.
