In collaborating with Brembo, we’ve engineered a brake system that not only meets but surpasses the extraordinary demands of the Bolide,” said Emilio Scervo, CTO of Bugatti Rimac.
Bugatti has also developed a special Wet mode that works specifically with wet-weather tires to minimize understeer. This mode also activates a rain light like you’d see in F1.
Only a few will get to experience the Bugatti Bolide’s overall track performance package as production is limited to just 40 examples – all of which have already been sold out, with each priced at a whopping €4 million (or about $4.3 million at current exchange rates).
This year will also see the long-awaited Bugatti Chiron successor expected to be revealed in less than six months, which could arrive with a hybrid powertrain in lieu of the W16.
