Acura Introducing New Baby Crossover Alongside Electric ZDX, Updated RDX, MDX In 2024

When it arrives, expect it to battle the BMW X1, Audi Q3, Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class, Lexus UX, and Cadillac XT4. This is a lucrative segment for luxury brands, as it often lures in first-time premium buyers who, if they are impressed, tend to trade up to pricier models as they advance. Expect it to debut later this year.

Acura won’t neglect the rest of its lineup, either. Following the recent TLX facelift, the automaker will usher in several updates for the RDX. Details remain scant, but Acura says the compact crossover will “receive upgrades to enhance its appeal and functionality.” This leads us to believe it will gain a revised infotainment system and more standard features. Hopefully, the styling will also get a light refresh since the last time it happened was for MY2022.

Lastly, the best-selling MDX will benefit from an aesthetic nip/tuck, a new touchscreen driver interface with Google built-in, a Bang & Olufsen premium audio system, and an improved version of the AcuraWatch driver assist safety suite.
