We’ve caught a high-performance version of the Taycan testing on the Nordschleife on several occasions, but very little official information has been provided. As things stand, the most up-to-date reports claim that this top-tier version will be called the Taycan Turbo GT and that it will produce up to 1,000 horsepower. Whether this is applied to the asphalt through two or three motors remains to be seen, but clever power delivery is not all that will make this Taycan the best yet.
Along with the obvious cosmetic changes like that large rear wing, spy shots also reveal more extreme underbody aero, and we expect model-specific suspension tweaks, carbon-ceramic brakes, and unique wheels wrapped in particularly sticky rubber.
