Updated 2024 Tesla Model 3 Finally Arrives In North America

After its global debut in 2023 and subsequent sightings on US soil earlier this year, the updated Tesla Model 3 has finally reached North America. Details of the refreshed sedan are now live on Tesla’s customer-facing website, including the prices and EPA-estimated ranges for each of the two initial variants.

Internally called the “Project Highland,” the facelifted Model 3 gets a revised bodywork, mainly seen at the front. Apart from the reworked LED DRLs (now at the bottom a la Model X), the nose has been sculpted, differing from before. The updated model is 56.7 inches low, 185 inches long, and 82.2 inches wide, making it lower, longer, and narrower than the outgoing model.

The result is a drag coefficient of 0.219 Cd, making the Tesla Model 3 one of the most aerodynamic cars ever, just behind the flagship Model S’s 0.208 Cd.

This is a developing story…
